Delivery of Goods When you place an order through our website, the delivery timeframe will depend on the availability of the products and your location. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasionally there may be a discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
The dates for delivery are only estimates and we take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within that time. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage suffered as a result of a delay in delivery. If you have already received the goods, you must return them to us in their original condition and packaging. Once the goods have been received back and checked, we will refund you via your original payment method. Returns subject to 10% re-stocking fee. No returns accepted after 5 working days after order delivery. No returns allowed on selected items. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, or if adverse weather conditions are affecting deliveries, deliveries may take longer than anticipated. We will endeavour to keep you updated in such circumstances.
