    Shipping & Returns

    Please have a read of our delivery terms and refund conditions.

    1. Delivery of Goods When you place an order through our website, the delivery timeframe will depend on the availability of the products and your location. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasionally there may be a discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

      The dates for delivery are only estimates and we take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within that time. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage suffered as a result of a delay in delivery. If you have already received the goods, you must return them to us in their original condition and packaging. Once the goods have been received back and checked, we will refund you via your original payment method. Returns subject to 10% re-stocking fee. No returns accepted after 5 working days after order delivery.  No returns allowed on selected items. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

      Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, or if adverse weather conditions are affecting deliveries, deliveries may take longer than anticipated. We will endeavour to keep you updated in such circumstances.
    2. Refunds
      1. Refunds & Cancellations - If you are not satisfied with your purchase or choose to cancel your order, you can return the product and get a refund subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns will only be processed if you have processed a Return to Manufacturer (RMA) ticket from our website.  You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date you purchased it. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Order cancellations are also subject to the restocking fee.

        After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund subject to the 10% restocking fee. The money, less restocking fees, will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit / debit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your card statement.

        If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 5-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact our customer support team. 
      2. Refunds for Services - For services that we provide, refunds will only be available under the following conditions: The service was not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, the service was not provided as described, or we have agreed in writing to a refund.
