We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our website for business and operational reasons.

We do not claim ownership of these intellectual property rights, as they are protected by copyright laws and treaties globally. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, our website; or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our website.

9. Changes to Our Website We may update and change our website from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users' needs and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.

10. Default Currency All transactions are charged in Belize dollars BZD.

11. Delivery of Goods When you place an order through our website, the delivery timeframe will depend on the availability of the products and your location. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasionally there may be a discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

    The dates for delivery are only estimates and we take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within that time. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage suffered as a result of a delay in delivery. If you have already received the goods, you must return them to us in their original condition and packaging. Once the goods have been received back and checked, we will refund you via your original payment method. Returns subject to 10% re-stocking fee. No returns accepted after 5 working days after order delivery.  No returns allowed on selected items. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

    Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, or if adverse weather conditions are affecting deliveries, deliveries may take longer than anticipated. We will endeavour to keep you updated in such circumstances.
12. Refunds
    1. Refunds for Goods Returned - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns will only be processed if you have processed a Return to Manufacturer (RMA) ticket from our website.  You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date you purchased it. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
       
       After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund subject to the 10% restocking fee. The money, less restocking fees, will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit / debit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your card statement.
       
       If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 5-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.
       
       
    2. Refunds for Services - For services that we provide, refunds will only be available under the following conditions: The service was not provided as described, or we have agreed in writing to a refund.
       
       
13. Cancellations
    1. Cancellation before Dispatch - If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed and prepared within one (1) hour of order placement on our website at which point cancellations are not possible from our suppliers. If your goods have not yet been dispatched or preparations begun, we will cancel your order and process a full refund to the original payment source provided at checkout.
    2. Cancellation after Dispatch - Order cancellations are not possible after an order has been dispatched to our vendors or for delivery.
    3. Cancellation by Us - We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and will refund to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/ debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 5 days of your order.
