Southern Sanded Thin-Set Mortar is a Portland cement-based mortar specifically formulated for service in commercial and residential use.

    • Requires clean, structurally sound surfaces with proper preparation.
    • Exercise caution due to alkaline nature and free silica content.
    • Mix with water or additives, then apply to substrate.
    • Allow for slaking before use, no further water or latex additions.
    • Apply mortar, place tiles while tacky, and ensure proper thickness.
    • Clean with water.
    • Minimum curing is 12-24 hours, grouting after 48 hours.
