Installation and Surface Preparation:

• Always read the entire label and product safety data sheet (PIS/MSDS) before using.
• The product should not be thinned or diluted.
• Protect neighboring surfaces, like wood, carpet, metal, and landscaping, from contact with the sealer.
• The surface to be treated should be clean, dry, and free from any waxes, coatings, or finishes.
• Cleaning the surface to be treated is recommended using a suitable cleaning product and neutralizing the surface.

Caution and First Aid:

• The product contains siliconates and should be kept out of reach of children.
• In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for at least fifteen minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
• If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.
• For skin contact, remove contaminated clothing, wash with soap and water, and seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Application:

• Due to surface differences, conduct inconspicuous test areas to assure maximum performance.
• Apply the sealer using a brush, sprayer, or sponge in thin, even coats, without allowing excess sealer to remain on the surface.
• Avoid overlapping, over-spraying, and puddling.
• Excess sealer should be removed within minutes using absorbent paper or cotton towels.
• If multiple coats are applied, allow at least 30 minutes between applications to prevent the formation of a white substance on the surface.
• Can also be used as a grout release for new installations.

Coverage:

• Coverage varies depending on factors like surface density, porosity, texture, and application methods.
• When used as directed, it covers approximately 75-250 square feet per quart (22.8-76.2 square meters per 946 ml).
• Optimum application temperature is between 50°F to 90°F (50°F to 90°F).
